1. Services

Chauffeur Legends provides professional chauffeur and transportation services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, on most occasions a deposit only.
We accept debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
Prices are quoted in [Currency] and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations on the day are non-refundable.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

Appears intoxicated or engages in disorderly conduct
Damages the vehicle
Harasses the chauffeur or other passengers

Damage or cleaning fees may be charged in such cases.

5. Delays and Liability

We strive to be punctual, but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
We are not liable for missed flights, meetings, or events due to such delays.
Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the passenger; we do not accept liability for lost items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chauffeur Legends shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
